Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of B2B Sales at Moustaches, your main purpose will be to lead and expand the B2B vertical by acquiring and retaining partners such as travel agents, corporates, educational institutions, travel planners, and resellers. Your role will involve creating a sustainable and profitable partner network across India and potentially globally, directly impacting revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility goals. Key Responsibilities: - Define the B2B channel strategy, create quarterly and annual business plans, and identify scalable segments for growth. - Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients to expand the partner network. - Nurture key partner accounts, develop loyalty programs, and organize engagement events to ensure strong relationships and retention. - Own and drive the B2B revenue targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for consistent growth. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop packages and customize experiences for partners. - Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B executives/managers in different regions for effective leadership and management. - Maintain B2B partner databases, generate regular MIS reports for management, and ensure compliance with data and reporting requirements. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA industry. - Strong network of connections with travel agents, DMCs, and corporates in major Indian metros. - Excellent understanding of domestic travel demand, group movement patterns, and institutional travel behavior. - Proficient in partner negotiations, contract closures, and rate strategy with a track record of successful business targets achievement. - Experience in managing a distributed sales team and taking ownership of business targets.
