B2B Sales Head

As B2B Sales Head, you will drive JK Botanicals Pvt ltd across Domestic and International segment.

You'll manage the full sales cycle, drive B2B sales initiatives, targeting clients from ingredient-user

industries such as Pharma, Food, Healthcare, and Ayurveda. B2B sales, CRM operations, and team

performance tracking.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to ensure consistent performance, discipline, and achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure daily calling targets, follow-ups, and reporting are monitored and traceable through the CRM system.
• Track and analyze call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities to maintain visibility into the team's productivity and lead conversion ratios.
• Implement and oversee CRM handling and data accuracy for all customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.
• Provide training and product awareness to the team on ingredients like herbs, botanicals, seasonings, and other specialized materials.

Qualifications:

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• 10-15 years of Experience in B2B Sales
• 5 years Proficient in Team Management

The candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, CRM operations, and team performance

tracking.
