B2B Sales Head

As a B2B Sales Head at Deployed, located in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in managing and driving the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the B2B sales department to set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Identifying and onboarding corporate, institutional, and reseller clients. - Developing sales strategies to enter new markets and strengthen existing relationships. - Negotiating deals, pricing, and contracts with corporate clients and distributors. - Collaborating with marketing and production teams for timely order execution. - Monitoring client satisfaction levels and resolving any issues to maintain long-term partnerships. - Analyzing sales reports, performance data, and pipeline to forecast revenue accurately. - Representing the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. - Mentoring and guiding the B2B sales team to achieve high performance and client retention.
