Business Development Executive - Robotics & AI Program (K-12, Gujarat)

Location: Pune
Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Type: Full-Time (Institutional B2B Sales)
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / State Head

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development professional to promote our Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) curriculum and lab solutions to K-12 schools across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech or institutional sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with school management and trustees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Robotics & AI programs, lab setups, and teacher training solutions to schools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with School Principals, Owners, and Academic Heads.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos explaining how our program supports NEP 2020 and Gujarat’s AI Mission.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan covering key Maharashtra cities.
  • Track and report progress using CRM tools; share insights on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company in education events, exhibitions, and GUJCOST initiatives like Robofest.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B / institutional sales (EdTech/STEM preferred).
  • Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Robotics, AI, and Coding concepts.
  • Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).
  • Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 50% across Gujarat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
