Job Overview

Field Sales Executive - (IT hardware/software sales)


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation

  • Identify and prospect new clients in need of POS systems, barcode scanners, ECRs, billing printers, and other IT products.
  • Conduct cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up via phone and email to generate new business.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with their business needs.

2. Product Consultation

  • Provide in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of our product offerings.
  • Act as a technology consultant to guide clients on suitable solutions.

3. Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Collaborate with technical and support teams for accurate pricing, product info, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular contact to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with client information and sales activities.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.

5. Sales Reporting

  • Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Report sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback to management.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT hardware/software sales).

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Must have a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone.
  • Prior experience selling POS systems, barcode equipment, or IT peripherals is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of IT products and business technology solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Education

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
