Job Description

Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and lead generation

strategies.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business

opportunities.

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their gifting requirements, budget, and branding

preferences.

Present our range of gifting products and services in a compelling and engaging manner, highlighting their

benefits and unique value propositions.

Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to create customized gifting solutions that meet

the client's specifications.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and addressing

any inquiries or concerns.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to strategically

position Regalos India in the corporate gifting landscape.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

14 years of experience in B2B Sales (corporate gifting experience is a strong plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Should be confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Two-wheeler preferred.
