Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented B2B Sales Professional with proven expertise in handling retailers, MBOs (Multi-Brand Outlets), and distributors, ideally in the retail or garments sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the channel network, and ensuring strong market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:B2B Sales & Channel Development

  • Drive B2B sales growth through effective territory planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, MBOs, and channel partners
  • Identify and onboard new retailers and MBOs in the assigned area

Distributor Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors within the assigned territory
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with company sales policies
  • Manage billing, stock movement, and inventory levels efficiently

Retail & MBO Handling

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
  • Execute in-store activations, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
  • Address and resolve retailer and channel partner issues in a timely manner

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators like secondary sales, distributor ROI, and regional performance metrics

Team Coordination & Training

  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth business operations
  • Train retail and distributor sales teams on product features and sales strategies

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong B2B sales acumen and negotiation capabilities
  • In-depth experience in retail channel development and MBO management
  • Solid track record of distributor onboarding and performance management
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems

Qualification:

  • Must be a Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Retail and Garments industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
