Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure delivery of Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory.
  • Drive Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Acquire new customers and expand wallet share through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients across all lines of business.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate solution delivery to ensure timeliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for business development and client expansion.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address client needs and deliver seamless service.
