Job Summary:

B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities

   through research and outbound cold calling.

• Generate leads and convert prospects

   into long-term advertising partners.
• Pitch media offerings (print, digital, business conference , etc.) to clients and agencies based on their marketing needs.
• Manage the 

  end-to-end sales cycle

  , from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account management.

• Meet and exceed sales targets

   on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to create customized ad solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 0-5 years of experience

   in B2B sales, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, or publishing.
• Proven experience in 

  cold calling and client acquisition

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven and highly self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Good understanding of media/advertising industry trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
