About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B Industry Relations & Sales professional to lead and grow our corporate partnerships. The role will focus on acquiring learners through corporate tie-ups, enabling hiring and internship opportunities, and managing end-to-end engagement with HR and L&D teams for placement-linked upskilling programs.


Key Responsibilities:


🔹 Corporate Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, reach out, and build long-term partnerships with HR/L&D/TA teams across corporates.
  • Pitch our skilling/upskilling programs to organizations for internal employee development or sponsored external candidates.
  • Engage CXOs, HR heads, and business leaders to create customized learning + hiring plans.


🔹 Sales & Revenue

  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through corporate enrolments or sponsored learner seats.
  • Build a pipeline of internship and placement opportunities for learners in coordination with program teams.


🔹 Hiring & Internship Partnerships

  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams of partner companies to map hiring needs.
  • Promote our learners as pre-vetted talent for internship and job roles.
  • Set up industry panels for learner screening and mock interviews.


🔹 Learner Screening & Alignment

  • Understand the hiring needs of partner companies and align learner profiles accordingly.
  • Support screening, readiness, and final selection processes for learners via assessments and company interviews.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance learner-job fit.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • 2–6 years of experience in EdTech, HRTech, corporate training, or B2B SaaS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle, internships, and employability trends
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deliver learner outcomes
  • Self-starter with a revenue-driven mindset


Good to Have:

  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales or EdTech learner placement roles
  • Strong network in HR, talent acquisition, or L&D domains
  • Exposure to industry-aligned skilling programs (Tech, Analytics, BFSI, etc.)
