Key Responsibilities

B2B sales for our AI Recruitment Platform

lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.

● Deliver on revenue generation targets and business growth objectives.

● Execute SaaS sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry demands.

● Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

● Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

B2B sales within HRTech / SaaS.

● Strong expertise in lead generation, SaaS sales cycles, and consultative selling.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
