Skill-Lync is building a new model for engineering education. Over the past two decades, the gap between industry needs and academic curricula has widened, leaving graduates without the practical skills needed to succeed. As a Y Combinator-backed startup (2019), Skill-Lync addresses this challenge by combining technology, an ecosystem of industry experts, and a blended learning approach across online and offline channels.

Having established a strong presence in the B2C segment, we are now expanding our B2B vertical to support corporate clients with advanced upskilling and reskilling programs. Our focus industries include OEMs in Automotive, Aviation, Medical Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Engineering & Construction, along with Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, global captives, and engineering services companies.


Role Summary

As a B2B Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving Skill-Lync’s enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across target industries. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-growth business solving meaningful challenges in technical education.


Key Responsibilities

  • CXO Outreach:

    Connect with senior executives in R&D and L&D functions across targeted organizations.
  • Research

    &

    Database

    Management:

    Build and maintain an up-to-date database of CXO contacts and key decision-makers.
  • Lead

    Generation

    &

    Scheduling:

    Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and schedule discovery calls and meetings.

  • Client

    Meetings:

    Attend meetings with the Enterprise Sales Manager to capture client requirements and present solutions.
  • Follow-Up

    &

    Engagement:

    Proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction and address queries post-meeting.
  • Reporting:

    Share regular updates on outreach activities and pipeline progress with the Regional Head.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related eld.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prociency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience engaging with senior stakeholders is a plus.
