Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, preparing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Sales, Client Prospecting, and Relationship Management
• Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and Achieve Targets
• Knowledge of CRM Software and Sales Analytics
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Work Collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience in the digital marketing or influencer industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
