B2B Portal Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled B2B Portal Executive to manage and optimize our online B2B platform. The role involves handling supplier contracts, maintaining accurate product and rate information, ensuring portal functionality, and supporting system enhancements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of HTML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and WordPress, combined with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Supplier Management

* Review, draft, and manage supplier contracts and agreements.

* Monitor contract validity, renewals, and compliance with agreed terms.

* Benchmark rates and services to ensure market competitiveness.

* Maintain a well-organized digital archive of contracts and documentation.

Portal Management

* Create, update, and manage hotel promotions, inventory, and availability in the B2B portal.

* Ensure product information is accurate, updated, and aligned with contracted terms.

* Troubleshoot and resolve basic software/portal-related issues.

* Provide first-level technical support for portal users.

Technical & System Support

* Use HTML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and WordPress to manage, update, and optimize the portal.

* Assist in the implementation, testing, and rollout of new tools, modules, or system upgrades.

* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and performance of the portal.

Reporting & Analysis

* Generate operational reports and dashboards using Excel.

* Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for management decision-making.

* Support compliance with internal data and reporting standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

* Proven experience in portal management, or B2B systems.

* Strong working knowledge of HTML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and WordPress.

* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
