To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in hotel contracting, OTA operations, or travel tech platforms. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and hotel CRS platforms.
