B2B Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative B2B Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across content, campaigns and brand communication. The role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience executing B2B marketing activities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns across different digital channels. 
• Coordinate in the development of content assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emailers, and social media posts. 
• Work closely with the design team to deliver high-quality marketing collateral.
• Support in lead-generation efforts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and positioning. 
• Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports. 

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.,)
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
