About the Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate measurable ROI and accelerate business growth.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design & launch targeted

    B2B email campaigns

    for lead generation.
  • Create

    nurture sequences, drip campaigns & promotional workflows

    .
  • Segment audiences by buyer persona & sales funnel stage.
  • Partner with

    sales & content teams

    to craft high-converting messaging.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on subject lines, CTAs & content.
  • Track campaign performance:

    open rates, CTR, conversions & ROI

  • Maintain list quality, deliverability & compliance (

    GDPR, CAN-SPAM

    ).
  • Share insights & reports to improve future campaigns.


What We’re Looking For
