Job Summary

A proactive, tech-savvy marketer who understands B2B and LinkedIn marketing, can craft compelling content for decision-makers, drive awareness and demand for our technology services, and scale our social presence and inbound interest and play an active role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social presence - primarily LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram
• Create content that educates, engages & converts (posts, micro case stories, visuals)
• Support website revamp and digital asset enhancement projects.
• Convert complex tech input into simple, high-impact B2B storytelling
• Drive community engagement with prospects, partners & industry leaders
• Work with delivery teams to convert success stories into case snippets & visuals
• Assist with webinars, events, podcasts, newsletters and content campaigns
• Track analytics, optimise performance & report learnings regularly
• Help define Ideassion’s digital voice in global markets

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media / B2B content / digital marketing (tech/SaaS preferred)
• Strong writing skills, especially for LinkedIn
• Lead impactful digital & thought-leadership initiatives
• Understanding of tech trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps, SaaS, Cybersecurity, etc.)
• Hands-on with Canva /Adobe and scheduling tools
• Curiosity to learn and adapt quickly with content + analytics mindset

Success Indicators

• Growth in LinkedIn followers, engagement & inbound interest
• Consistent publishing of high-quality content
• Support in improving brand awareness and pipeline contribution
