Role Overview

B2B Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across industries.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
  • Understand client hiring challenges and position Curatal's solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultation discussions.
  • Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial interest to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM logs and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Represent Curatal professionally in all client interactions.
