Job Description

Position: Data Engineer - Azure Synapse Location: Mumbai/Pune/Nagpur Type of Employment: TPC Key Result Areas and Activities: • Design, develop and deploy ETL/ELT solutions on premise or in the cloud • Transformation of data with stored procedures • Report Development (MicroStrategy/Power BI) • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, configurations, and processes • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management practices • Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues Technical Experience: Must Have • Good experience in Azure Synapse • Good experience in ADF • Good experience in Snowflake & Stored Procedures • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modelling • Experience with data quality frameworks, monitoring tools, and job scheduling • Knowledge of data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, and Parquet • English Fluent (Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills) • Agile methodology & tools like JIRA • Good communication and formal skills Good To Have • Good experience in MicroStrategy and PowerBI • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shell scripting • Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and cloud data services Show more Show less
