Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Engineer where you will leverage your extensive experience in software development and cloud technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. You will be instrumental in designing developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions using a variety of tools and platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of our services impacting both the company and our clients positively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using SOA Microservices and Python to meet business requirements and improve system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy applications on AWS platforms including Lambda ECS and EKS ensuring scalability and reliability.
Utilize Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes to automate deployment processes enhancing the efficiency and consistency of software releases.
Lead the integration of testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Junit to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Oversee the use of Gitlab and GITHUB for version control ensuring code integrity and facilitating seamless collaboration among team members.
Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and AWS DevOps streamlining the development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and utilize SONARQUBE to maintain high code quality and adherence to industry standards.
Develop and execute shell scripts and Groovy scripts to automate routine tasks improving operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications aligning development efforts with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in software development practices.
Contribute to the enhancement of consumer lending solutions leveraging domain expertise to deliver value-added services.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SOA Microservices and Python demonstrating a strong ability to develop scalable applications.
Demonstrate proficiency in AWS services including Lambda ECS and EKS with a proven track record of successful deployments.
Exhibit expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and AWS DevOps showcasing the ability to streamline development processes.
Have a solid understanding of version control systems like Gitlab and GITHUB ensuring effective collaboration and code management.
Show experience in using testing frameworks like Cucumber and Junit ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Display knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes with experience in containerization and orchestration.
Experience in consumer lending domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
