AWS Connect Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. You will work on building scalable, secure, and integrated solutions for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

• Design and configure Amazon Connect instances, contact flows, routing profiles, and queues.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud Voice).
• Implement IVR systems, call routing, and telephony configurations.
• Build and optimize Lambda functions for backend logic and automation.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Lex, Polly) and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 3–9 years of experience in AWS cloud solutions, with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, Kinesis, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Node.js) for Lambda functions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration best practices.
• Experience with contact center technologies, VoIP, and telephony systems.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer) preferred.
