This opening is regarding leading private bank as a Compliance - Inspection.

Designation: AVP/DVP Product - Compliance - Inspection

Mandates : CA, CS, or MBA qualified with relevant experience of minimum 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of contact for regulatory inquiries and inspections, including coordination with regulatory bodies as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, including oversight of their training, development, and performance.
• Oversee the smooth execution of RBI onsite inspections, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required data and documentation such as through the DAKSH portal, Preliminary Risk Assessment Report (PRAR), Risk Assessment Report (RAR), Proposed Risk Mitigation Plan (PRMP), Risk Mitigation Plan, and Areas of Non-Compliance (AONC).
• Review and manage data submissions related to RBS Tranche I (periodic data series) and the annual RBS Tranche II and Bank Profile submissions to the RBI.
• Conduct preliminary analysis and validation of exceptions in Tranche I data, and coordinate with relevant teams to gather justifications for anomalies.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with RBI officials to facilitate resolution of queries raised internally regarding regulatory submissions.
• Ensure timely coordination, submission, and monitoring of responses to ad-hoc information requests from the RBI SSM team, other RBI departments, and those published on the DAKSH portal.
• Share relevant RBI communication with the Regulatory Change Management team for awareness and action.
• Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate submission of routine regulatory reports through the CIMS/Data Collector portal or any other platform, as directed by compliance senior management.
• Prepare and manage internal MIS reports related to RBI inspections.
