Job Description

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance at the project site, including managing the on-ground sales team, executing sales strategies, delivering customer experience, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. This role serves as the business anchor at the site, ensuring seamless coordination between channel partners, walk-in customers, CRM, and marketing.

  • Drive

    sales targets

    for the assigned residential project, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly closures.
  • Lead a team of

    sales team leads, executives

    , and

    support

    at the site.
  • Manage

    daily site operations

    including team briefings, customer meetings, and lead walk-ins.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with

    brokers, IPCs, channel partners

    , and referral networks.
  • Coordinate with the

    marketing team

    to ensure alignment on site branding, collaterals, campaigns, and lead quality.
  • Ensure

    excellent customer experience

    at the site from enquiry to booking to handover support.
  • Provide regular

    sales MIS, dashboards, and forecasts

    to management.
  • Work closely with the CRM teams to drive deal closures and documentation.
  • Track competitor activities and provide inputs for pricing and product positioning.

Preferred candidate profile


Graduate/Postgraduate with 15+ years of sales experience


Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills


Experience in handling HNI clients and luxury product positioning


Exposure to channel sales management and on-site walk-in conversion


Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset and process discipline
