You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance at the project site, including managing the on-ground sales team, executing sales strategies, delivering customer experience, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. This role serves as the business anchor at the site, ensuring seamless coordination between channel partners, walk-in customers, CRM, and marketing.
Graduate/Postgraduate with 15+ years of sales experience
Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in handling HNI clients and luxury product positioning
Exposure to channel sales management and on-site walk-in conversion
Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset and process discipline
