Job Description

An Area Manager at Finovest Group is responsible for overseeing the operations and sales performance of multiple branches within a designated geographical region, leading a team of branch managers to achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive business growth within their assigned area, with a focus on financial products like gold loans, while reporting directly to senior management
  • Key Responsibilities:
    Sales Leadership:Set sales targets for each branch within the area and monitor progress towards achieving them
  • Coach and motivate branch managers to maximize sales potential and customer acquisition
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase market penetration and market share in the assigned region
  • Operational Management:
    Monitor day-to-day operations of branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Review financial performance of each branch, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action
  • Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and development of branch managers and sales teams
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Foster strong customer relationships by addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
  • Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region and develop strategies to capture them
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the local market
    Reporting and Analysis:Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and operational updates
  • Requirements
