Role & responsibilities Drive product strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning with farmer needs, business goals, and market opportunities in agri-tech. Conduct in-depth farmer research (including field visits), map holistic user journeys across the platform, and translate insights into high-traction features that simplify consumption (e.g., intuitive UI/UX for low-literacy users). Leverage data-driven insights from CRM (Zoho), analytics (Mixpanel/other), and advanced tools to optimize engagement, retention, and personalizationfocusing on predictive modeling for future trends. Design farmer lifecycle journeys, including push-notification strategies, WhatsApp-first flows, and multi-channel integrations (e.g., SMS, voice). Partner with data/AI teams to enable cutting-edge services like AI-driven crop advisory, disease detection, and personalized recommendations. Track and report on key KPIs (e.g., app adoption, MAUs/DAUs, feature usage, retention, LTV, and farmer satisfaction), using them to inform strategic decisions. Lead A/B experiments, user testing, and iterative optimizations to drive product performance and scalability. Provide forward vision by analyzing competitive landscapes, emerging trends (e.g., sustainable farming tech), and growth levers to guide the platform's evolution. Preferred candidate profile 47 years of experience in Product Management Platform or Ownership (strong preference for agri-tech, rural tech, fintech, or high-traction consumer apps; experience scaling products to millions of users is a must). Proven track record of developing high-traction products with a holistic viewsimplifying complex platforms for underserved users while driving measurable growth. Strong understanding of mobile/web products, CRM frameworks, data analytics, and user-centric design principles. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Mixpanel (or similar), Zoho, Figma, PowerBI, SQL/Excel; experience with AI/ML tools is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen—ability to own end-to-end outcomes, thrive in ambiguity, and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; proficiency in Indian regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is highly preferred for user empathy.
