Automation is the key for this role - develop fully automated test cases for both
mobile and web applications Develop stress tests for various simulation scenarios to test for millions of users Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for web,mobile, and backend applications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Mentor junior QA engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing. Track, report, and manage defects using defect management tools. Establish and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices. Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of defects.
