QA Lead Python/JavaScript | Selenium | Azure | Azure DevOps

Experience:

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of automation and manual QA engineers.
Design and maintain automation frameworks using
Python/JavaScript + Selenium
.
Develop automated UI, regression, and integration test suites for Azure-hosted applications.
Ensure end-to-end test coverage for Azure services (Web Apps, Functions, APIs, Storage, Service Bus, Azure SQL).
Integrate automation into
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
.
Create test plans, scenarios, and test data for new features/releases.
Track and resolve defects using Azure DevOps Boards / JIRA.
Use Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics for validation and debugging.
Track QA metrics including automation stability, coverage, and defect trends.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous QA process improvement.

Required Skills

4–6+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Strong hands-on coding skills in
Python/JavaScript
.
Expertise in
Selenium WebDriver
.
Experience with
Pytest
or unit test.
Strong framework design experience (POM, layered utilities, reusable components).
Solid understanding of Azure services (App Service, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, SQL).
Experience with
Azure DevOps
(Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Boards).
Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics.
Strong QA methodology knowledge and Agile/Scrum experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
