Build and manage a strong
enterprise sales pipeline

20+ qualified leads per quarter

Define and execute
GTM strategies
for BFSI clients.
Forge and nurture
CXO-level relationships
, ensuring
90%+ client satisfaction

Collaborate with
product and tech teams
to align AI-led solutions with market needs.
Represent the company in
industry forums and events
, positioning it as a trusted AI partner for BFSI transformation.

Candidate Profile

B.E. / MBA
with 7–15 years of experience in
enterprise software or solutions sales
.
3+ years
of experience in
Enterprise Sales / Business Development
in a similar role.for AI Driven solutions or Digital Transformation
3–4 years
of domain expertise in
Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
. Ideally Must have achived yearly target f more than 1 million USD
Proven
hunter mindset
with a strong track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
Solid understanding of
AI/ML, data, cloud, and SaaS
business models.
Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and CXO engagement
skills.
Target-driven
