Role Overview

dynamic and performance-driven Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with

    RMC plants, contractors, builders, consultants, and infrastructure companies

    .
  • Promote and sell

    admixtures and related construction chemical products

    through technical presentations and on-site demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including

    project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and consultants

    .
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized product recommendations in coordination with the

    technical support team

    .
  • Ensure timely submission of

    quotations, proposals, and product samples

    , and follow up to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with

    technical, production, and logistics

    teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain

    Daily Sales Reports (DSR)

    , track leads, and analyze regional sales performance.
  • Conduct

    site visits

    , monitor product performance, and handle customer feedback and complaint resolution.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements

    , and report insights for strategy planning.
  • Participate in

    trade exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns

    to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets as defined by the management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in

    Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or Marketing

    .
  • 1–3 years of sales experience

    in

    construction chemicals, admixtures, waterproofing, or cementitious products

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    concrete technology and admixture performance

    (plasticizers, superplasticizers, retarders, etc.).
  • Proven track record in

    B2B industrial sales

    with contractors, RMC plants, and builders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM tools, and DSR reporting

    .
