Job Description

Experience of consulting / Business Strategy / Chief of Staff Office experience.
Sound understanding of Global Markets, strong quantitative skills.
Aptitude for self-learning Should be able to demonstrate a self-starting attitude.
Expert in Financial modelling, PowerPoint presentations, writing reports & designing storyboards.
Ability to analyze business performance in a multi-faceted manner, not limited to, financial performance, technological platform, infrastructure, talent & footprint (geographical and product).
Experience of analyzing competitor benchmarking results and providing actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills (oral/written) for writing briefing notes and talking points.
Good at senior stakeholder engagement to communicate progress on deliverables.
Strong analytical skills.
Proactive in nature. Should be able to take decisions, provide recommendations & support those.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

Supporting the Global Markets Chief of Staff, in preparing and organizing management business reviews and other management forums.
Analyzing benchmarking intelligence, to assess relative performance, versus peers and opportunities for growth.
Driving and supporting key initiatives for the Global Markets & provide strategic solutions for complex business problems.
Running standard management processes for the Global Markets Chief of Staff Office & proactively flag and execute on opportunities, for improvement and optimization.
Producing data analysis and writing reports, including presentations for use by the Global Head of Markets, to assist in executive governing and management forums.
Drafting briefing materials ahead of meetings, with Board members, senior management, direct reports, infrastructure partners, regulators and clients.
Producing presentations and talking points to support Corporate Communications, including Town Halls and all-colleague calls.
Owning and continuously improving action trackers and business performance scorecards.
Driving the optimization and automation of any databases and standardized reports.
