Job Description

The role is with a Leading Health Insurance.


About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business priorities and future skills needs.
  • Conduct organization-wide learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
  • Lead the development and delivery of scalable learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills development, and compliance training.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms, tools, and blended learning models to ensure engaging, accessible development experiences.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments and impact measurement, continuously improve based on data and business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customized learning pathways.


Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Degree in Management.
  • Progressive experience of 10+ years in L&D, talent management and OD.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.


Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a health insurance or related industry.
  • Familiarity with compliance training requirements.
