The role is with a leading General Insurance Broker.

• Preparing RFQ’s, QCR’s Policy Reviews / Gap analysis, etc. Handling Placements for EB products on a Pan-India Basis.
• Should have sound market intelligence and excellent rapport with all the insurance companies.
• Should have sound domain knowledge of interpreting the EB policy terms & conditions and leading the dialogue during negotiations on price and coverages with the insurers and clients.
• A regular visit to insurers in connection with insurance placement & building rapport.
• As per the agreed KRA’s maintaining the TATs for obtaining quotes and achieving conversions of new clients and retention of existing ones.
• On an ongoing basis, create a database of the most aggressive offices of insurers.
• Participate in client discussions/meetings relating to RFQs / proposals.
• Adhering to best industry standards in respect of compliance with regulations, customer quality standards, keeping the ARIBL colleagues updated on the changes, etc.
• Adhering to internal compliance and processes, including entries in in-house software.
• Coordination with the insurance company for Held Cover Letters, Policies, and Endorsements.
• Policy Checking.
• Any other work/job as entrusted from time to time.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of experience from the Insurance broking industry only.
• Experiences in floating RFQs.
• Managing large corporates with 50+ cr book size.
• Team handling experience.
• Product Knowledge - Employee benefits (EB).
