Rang De (www.rangde.in) is a fintech startup that aims to revolutionise credit access for underserved communities by connecting individual lenders and borrowers together, cutting out the need for an intermediary, and offering highly customised and affordable loans than traditional lenders.

Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

We are a small team with big dreams and are looking for talented individuals to join our passionate, mission driven team. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated People Leader to handle our HR department and support our employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's culture and growth. An energetic, proactive and self-motivated professional would be ideal for the role.

AVP – Human Resources

Key responsibilities:

• Talent Strategy:

  Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Culture & Values:

  Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.

• Leadership Support:

  Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.

• Performance Management:

  Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.

• Employee Development:

  Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.

• HR Compliance & Administration:

  Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.

• Employee engagement & relations:

  Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.

• Policy & Benefits:

  Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.

Qualifications:

• Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role
• Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
