Website: http://www.ipventures.in Job Title: AVP - AIF Operations Qualifications: CA Experience range : 7 - 8years Reporting to: SVP - Operations Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: · Managing operations team of AIR ensuring timely preparation & delivery of monthly, quarterly, yearly investor reporting for the fund. · Responsible for the overall Investor onboarding process. · Managing the Exit of AIF fund and its calculations. · Working with Fund accountant regards to maintaining MIS of investors in the Fund and managing pay-ins and pay-outs · Working with Legal partner to understand regulatory requirements & compliances and operating under their purview while handling fund operations as needed under company goals · Reviewing investor communication including Investor Statement of Accounts · Responsible for coordinating with for all regulatory reporting and compliances in a timely manner by taking assistance from legal, accounting and compliance teams · Responsible for managing investors queries on regular basis · Ensure control over the funds collected from the investors and constantly communicating to the investors · Flag issues proactively and ability to foresee outcomes keeping in mind the operational risk framework · Ensure repeatable and reproducible operations output · Creating efficient controls for reconciliations, Risk and compliance management and review and daily / periodical MIS and daily operations management Key Technical Requirements: · CA, with 7 to 8 years of work experience as an Analyst in a VC/PE/Angel Investing Platforms/ Big4 or leading consulting firms. · Knowledge of Finance / Accounting is Must. · Knowledge of M&A is preferred · Should be good with numbers, business analysis · Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint · Willingness to reallocate to other location in case required Key Skills: · Experience in AIF operations will be a bonus · Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in day-to-day operations · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Meticulous reporting, Analytical skills, and an eye for detail · Strong organizational skills and an orientation toward strict attention to detail · Ability to think out of the box and look for creative solutions · Numerical skills & Proficiency in MS Office Suite General Skills: · Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and focus on results · Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision · Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills · Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks · Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy What we offer: · You are going to be a part of shaping a successful and rapidly growing venture fund in India · You develop your own ideas and become an essential member of the Company · You operate within flexible structures with short response times, flat hierarchies, and motivated colleagues · Work closely with Founders with ample opportunities to learn · Opportunity to grow fast with a rapidly growing Company Interview & Selection process: · Primary Shortlisting by HR · Psychometric Assessment · Shortlisted Candidates – Interview (3 Rounds) Contact details: Reach out to: 1.
