Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an Aviation Faculty member. The Aviation Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, and assessing students' performance. The role includes mentoring students, ensuring compliance with training standards, and updating the curriculum as needed to keep pace with industry changes.

Qualifications

Experience in Aviation industry and teaching related subjects
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to design and develop training programs
Experience in mentoring and assessing students
Proficiency in using educational tools and software
Strong organizational and planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, or a related field
Certifications in Training and Development or related fields are a plus
