Job Title: Aviation Faculty (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Candidates from Ernakulam preferred, but relocation support available)

Job Description:

Bluwings Aviation Academy is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Aviation Faculty Members to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions for aviation students (subjects include ground handling, customer service, aviation safety, etc.).
• Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and lesson plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
• Collaborate with the academic team to maintain curriculum standards.
• Participate in workshops, career seminars, and other student activities.
• Guest lectures are welcome but optional.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• Prior experience as an aviation trainer or professional (Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for training and student development.
• Candidates from Ernakulam preferred, but ready-to-relocate candidates are welcome.
