Job Description

Aviation Management Trainer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, update, and deliver training programs in aviation management, including airport operations, airline management, safety and security etc
Design manuals, presentations, case studies, and assessments based on best practices and industry trends
Conduct classroom, online, and practical training sessions tailored to various learning needs
Evaluate trainees through assignments, projects, and performance-based assessments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation industry
Support the development of learning modules and blended learning solutions.
Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees as needed.
Ensure proper grooming standards for trainees
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
Preparing and evaluate the aids for examination as per company standard
