Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our BBA / MBA department as Aviation Faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation (academia or industry), and will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students, and supporting departmental academic activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree) – additional qualifications in aviation/management are a plus.
  
• Minimum

  2+ years

  of relevant experience (aviation industry or aviation-related academic/teaching experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach aviation-related courses for BBA / MBA students (theory and practical/industry-oriented topics).
  
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Mentor and guide students — academic guidance, career counselling, and support internships or industry-linkage opportunities.
  
• Stay updated with current aviation industry trends, regulations, and practices; incorporate relevant updates into teaching. recruitment.cgu-odisha.ac.in+1
  
• Participate in departmental activities: course planning, curriculum support, assessments, student evaluations.
