Scorecard Performance Analysis: Perform detailed cause analysis of scorecard results, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures to improve performance and meet quality targets. Regulatory Compliance (Customer Standards): Ensure compliance with customer-specific standards and regulatory requirements such as IMDS, ROHS, ELV, REACH, Thermal Cycle, Identification Marking, and Flammability. Warranty Data and Trend Analysis: Analyze warranty data to identify new potential issues, follow up on 3MIS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes. Use of Quality Tools: Utilize advanced quality management tools and techniques such as SPC, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, 7 QC Tools, MSA, and others to monitor and improve quality performance. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Well, known to CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Actions) documentation, control plan, Layout report, PDI report, Product audit. Lead root cause analysis investigations for supplier-related quality issues and develop action plans to address underlying causes via NCR. Shall prepare 8D reports, PPAP, APQP, PPM, MSA & FMEA reports. Should be aware of Quality tools Work closely with cross-functional global teams, including Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to communicate quality requirements to suppliers and support supplier development activities. Responsible for incoming inspections, in-production inspections, and final inspections Responsible for Product Audit, Process Audit, Document Audit & Quality assurance plan. Before dispatch, generating and maintaining inspection related documentation. Assessing, preparing and / or maintaining technical reports and documentation of products. Maintain supplier quality documentation, including supplier audit reports, corrective action plans, and performance records. Providing necessary assistance to another departments. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to supplier quality management.
