Electrica Engineers Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relations & Development

    : Develop and assess new vendors, track procurement timelines for child parts, and ensure no production loss due to shortages.
  • Purchase Management

    : Handle daily purchase activities, including vendor selection and negotiation for the best techno-commercial offers.
  • New Part Development

    : Track the development of new child parts, from sourcing to tooling and sample approval, ensuring delivery as per schedule.
  • Cost Management

    : Manage and negotiate service contracts, tooling costs, and rate revisions for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Audit Compliance

    : Prepare for IATF and customer audits, ensuring documentation and vendor processes meet audit requirements.
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead a team of 3-4 people, guiding them in procurement, cost negotiation, and vendor assessments.

Requirements

  • Educational Background

    : B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience

    : 8-12 years of experience in the automotive electrical/electronic/plastic fields, including procurement and vendor management.
  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Knowledge of

      plastic parts

    • Familiarity with
