Assistant Purchase

The Assistant Purchase is responsible for supporting the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory of goods and services. This role involves liaising with suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their products and services.
  
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
  
• Maintain purchase records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand to avoid shortages or overstock.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide support.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  
• Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and maintaining supplier relationships.
  
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing activities as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/systems.
  
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

Working Conditions:

• Office environment, with occasional visits to suppliers or warehouses.
  
• Full-time position.
