Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing employees using Classroom Training (CRT), Virtual

Training (VLT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and e-learning modules.

• Tailor training delivery to suit various learning styles and individual needs, ensuring effective engagement from all participants.

2. Training Effectiveness Assessment

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback, assessments, evaluations, and performance metrics.

• Conduct role-plays, audits, and assessments to measure pre-training and post-training effectiveness.

3. Quality Tracking and Reporting

• Track and report on the quality of training delivery, incorporating feedback from operations teams to ensure positive contributions to team

productivity.

• Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports to provide management with accurate data for decision-making.

4. Adherence to SOPs and Policies

• Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scheduled flows, and company policies during training sessions.

5. Content Development and Updates

• Create, update, and maintain relevant training materials and modules, ensuring they align with current industry standards and business

needs.


• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and manuals related to automobile systems and processes.

6. Competency Gap Identification

• Identify competency gaps in product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, and customer experience among staff.

• Implement targeted training programs to address these gaps and improve team performance.

7. Continuous Knowledge Improvement

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of automobile systems, components, technologies, and the automotive retail process.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes in the Indian Auto Industry, including market players, segments, and

products.

8. Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Work closely with department managers and key stakeholders to establish training objectives and desired outcomes in line with

organizational goals.

9. Implementation of Best Practices

• Implement and standardize best practices across all training sessions to ensure consistency in training delivery.
