Job Description

Administer and maintain Automic UC4 environments including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and job scheduling across various platforms.
Provide AMS support including incident management, problem resolution, and change implementation.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and automation.
Monitor and optimize job executions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for automation solutions.
Participate in on-call support rotation and provide timely resolution to production issues.
