React JS Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance modern web applications using React.js, Redux, and related technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into high-quality solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work seamlessly across various devices.

Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical discussions.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing processes and architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive web design.

Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and state management libraries.

Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern frameworks is a plus.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with Node.js or other backend technologies is an advantage.
