Job Description

QA Automation Engineer — Automation Testing (On-site, India)
Industry: Human Resources & Staffing — Recruitment and Talent Solutions. We support clients building resilient engineering teams by placing senior technical talent in product, fintech, SaaS and enterprise software businesses. This on-site Automation Testing role is based in India and is ideal for hands-on test automation engineers who deliver high-quality, scalable test solutions in Agile delivery environments.Role & Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain automated test suites for web and API applications using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG (or equivalent frameworks).
Create reliable, reusable automation frameworks and libraries that integrate with CI/CD pipelines for nightly and gated test runs.
Develop and execute API test automation (REST) and validate end-to-end flows using Postman integrations or code-based HTTP clients.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate requirements into test cases, identify edge-cases, and reduce regression risk.
Investigate, log and track defects in issue trackers; own root-cause analysis and verify fixes across automated and manual tests.
Help define test strategy, improve test coverage, and mentor peers on automation best practices and coding standards.
