• Design, develop and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Create reusable test scripts in Java/Python covering functional, regression and smoke suites.
• Integrate API and database validations into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Collaborate with Developers and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and enable shift-left defect detection.
• Analyze test results, triage failures and drive root-cause resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, metric tracking and continuous improvement.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years of hands-on test automation experience for web, mobile or API layers.
• Expertise with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit and BDD tools such as Cucumber.
• Proficiency in an OOP language (Java or Python) and Git version control.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Jenkins or comparable CI servers.
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
  

Preferred

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerized testing on Docker.
• Performance or security testing experience with JMeter, OWASP ZAP, etc.
• ISTQB or equivalent professional certification.
