Position Summary

Software Development Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  and lead the development team to deliver high-quality results.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to

  key technical and strategic decisions

  .
• Provide effective solutions to technical challenges both within and across teams.
• Drive

  knowledge sharing and mentoring

  initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven proficiency in

  Automated Testing

  with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Strong understanding of

  software development methodologies

  (Agile, DevOps, etc.) and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with

  test automation frameworks and tools

  (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Cypress, etc.).
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and integration with automated testing tools.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
