About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD
pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with developers, QA, and product
teams to design automation strategies that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
● Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases for automation.
● Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects.
● Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
● Perform root cause analysis of test failures and provide quick resolutions.
● Optimize automation scripts for better performance and scalability.
● Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and best practices.
● Work on API, UI, and performance test automation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 3 – 5 years of proven experience as an Automation Engineer or QA Automation Tester.
● Strong programming/scripting skills in Java/Python, or JavaScript.
● Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright,
TestNG, JUnit, or similar.● Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
● Good understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
● Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
● Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) is a plus.
● Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
● Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹72,062.24 per month
