About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Automation Software Tester with at least 1 years of hands-on experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software testing principles, test automation practices, and exposure to Robot Framework. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework (preferred) or other automation tools.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality.
• Work closely with developers and QA team members to identify, report, and resolve defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings in an Agile environment.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Ensure test automation frameworks are scalable and reusable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, practices, and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in software testing with focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework (preferred) or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or any scripting language used in test automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Good knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) testing environments.
• Exposure to performance and security testing tools.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for test environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
